Material & Production Process Our co-extruded foamed silicone tubes adopt continuous extrusion and foaming molding technology. Raw silicone compound goes through mixing, extrusion, high-temperature foaming and vulcanization, followed by dimensional inspection and surface finishing. The uniform closed-cell foam structure delivers excellent cushioning, thermal insulation and sealing performance.
Material Characteristics & Working Environment The foamed silicone tube features low density, great resilience, shock absorption and weather resistance. It withstands a wide temperature range from -60℃ to 200℃. It resists ozone, UV and aging, suitable for long-term outdoor and high-heat industrial environments.
